Dwayne Johnson popping his pecks, and Michael Caine riding a giant wasp. Those are the key selling points of Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, for which a new trailer has popped up.

It’s fair to say that those who like reality and hate CG are going to struggle with this one, but we suspect the film might just be the kind of hoot we don’t seem to get very often. Given that action adventure films tend to take themselves so incredibly seriously, this might just be a rollicking good afternoon at the movies. Hope so, anyway.
