For years I've squinted at those mystery pictures (stereograms), searching for hidden images and messages and have been amazed and amused that I would spend time intentionally inducing headaches. But, Anadin downed, the science and psychology behind those and other visual tricks still fascinates.
Our starring site today is a collection of 81 well and lesser known illusions. The major improvement over other sites of such stuff is here the creator provides excellent Flash demonstrations that make the mystifying phenomena a pleasure to explore and has added brainy, but friendly explanations, should you want them, on how and why they work.
