Renny Harlin makes his second appearance - and the second Stellan Skarsgård flick - in this list. I've long admitted that I love this clunker of a movie, whose virtues and faults become confusingly intertwined; it's full of excruciatingly bad dialogue, the very worst of which comes in Sam Jackson's motivational speech to the troops. Forget the CGI, the plot and dialogue.
Tom Jane in a diving-suit is the only good thing about this movie. Period.
