The Last Of Us: Remastered coming in June
The release date for The Last of Us on PS4 has been outed, if not officially...
Its existence was leaked ahead of time, then confirmed, and now the release date of the PS4 incarnation of The Last of Us has been apparently outed by several retailers.
US retailers Best Buy, GameFly and Target have listed the remastered edition of the award-winning Naughty Dog adventure for release on June 20, with pre-orders now available. The sites include official box art, as well as listings for pre-order exclusives, such as in-game boosts to crafting, healing, and reload speeds, as well as new player skins.
Australian retailer, MightyApe has also listed the title, but has a release date of June 13, which is a week earlier than the US release. This is listed as an estimated date, though.
The Last of Us: Remastered will boast full 1080p resolution, enhanced visuals with improved models and textures, as well as better environmental lighting and other tweaks. It'll also feature all DLC content, including the Left Behind story addition.
You can see the official announcement trailer below, but beware, it does contain some major spoilers, so if you've yet to play the game, you may want to skip it.
