Is Bethesda's mammoth RPG coming to the latest platforms? According to Bethesda's website it is...

UPDATE: As we thought, this appears to have been the result of a simple web coding error, as stated by Bethesda's Pete Hines on Twitter.

Oh well.

Original story:

Elder Scrolls fans owning one of the new consoles are still eagerly awaiting the arrival of Elder Scrolls Online later this year, but if Bethesda's own website is anything to go by, we’ll also be able to revisit the legend of Skyrim.

Although there's been no official announcement or fanfare, the US version of Bethesda's website currently lists Skyrim as available for Xbox 360, PS3, PC, PS4, and Xbox One. At the time of writing, the International version of the site has no such listing.

Does this mean we can expect a beefed up incarnation of the excellent open-world RPG, or is this simply a mistake? With the Elder Scrolls Online coming to the new systems, it's easy to imagine a simple web editing mistake, but we'll bring you more news as we get it.
