A new trailer for the upcoming Xbox One Halo collection has dropped, and stars Halo 2's Arbiter...

Halo 5: Guardians is the next instalment of the Halo series, but it's not due to land on Xbox One until spring 2015. Ahead of that comes the Halo orgy that is The Master Chief Collection, which contains the first four Halo releases on a single disc. These include the anniversary edition of Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 3 and Halo 4, as well as a new remastered version of Halo 2, which is the focus of the new trailer below.

Despite having one of the worst, and most disappointing endings ever, Halo 2 is seen by many series fans as the best of the lot, so a remastered visit to the dual protagonist outing will no doubt be the highlight of the collection for many.

The new trailer shows off the Arbiter, voiced by Keith David, in his new, remastered form, and there's also a developer commentary (via All Games Beta) that looks at some of the multiplayer content of the second game that's been remastered and included in the collection, and the direction 343 took when improving the classic title.
