New Driveclub details
We know when PS4 exclusive, Driveclub, is coming, and now we have some more details about the game's versions...
Due to be released on October 7, Driveclub was initially a launch title for Sony's PS4, but has been delayed for quite some time. Now the game has a solid release date, more information about the versions of it have been released, along with a new trailer.
Driveclub will be available both digitally via PSN and as a boxed product at retail outlets. However, this isn't the whole story. The PS Plus version will come in more than one guise.
As promised by Sony, PS Plus subscribers will be able to grab a free version of the game, and this will feature all games modes, 11 tracks in the India location, and 10 cars. However, should you wish, you can then upgrade this version via PSN to the full edition for a one-off payment of $49.99. This unlocks the entire game, which includes all five locations, 55 tracks and 50 cars. It should be noted, though, that the upgraded game will only be available to you if you have an active PS Plus subscription. Of course, you can also buy the whole game outright via the PSN store, without the need for a PS Plus subscription.
