Batman: Arkham Knight screens leak online
Some screens for Arkham Knight have been posted online, and they show villains, combat and a stunning Gotham...
The last in the Arkham trilogy from Rocksteady Studios, Batman: Arkham Knight was recently announced, and the new game will round out the events that began with Arkham Asylum, and continued with Arkham City.
The screens that have surfaced online via All Games Beta, show Batman in action taking down foes (sporting the Arkham guard logo), allies The Oracle and Commissioner Gordon, and Bats gliding over a stunning Gotham cityscape. The villains revealed are the Riddler, once again in projected image form, suggesting more cryptic side missions, and another shot of a rather mean-looking Penguin, still sporting broken bottle monocle and throat speaker. He was also seen in the official trailer. The new Batmobile is also shown.
Also in the the official announcement trailer we saw additional villains, Harley Quinn and Two Face. All of this criminal activity, the new, drivable Batmobile, and the current gen focus is pointing towards a fitting closure to the excellent series, and Arkham Knight will arrive later this year on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. Have a look at the screens, and revisit the announcement trailer below. We'll have to wait and see if arch enemy, The Joker, is somehow written in after his run in with Batman in Arkham City ended his life.
