Watch Dogs gameplay trailer
Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs is coming this year, and here’s an in-game demo to gawk at…
Without a doubt the star of last year’s E3 in my humble opinion, Ubisoft’s open-world title, Watch Dogs, stunned all-comers with its mixture of hacking, car theft, shootouts and slick presentation.
Below you’ll find the latest trailer for the game, which demonstrates the kind of things you can get up to in the world, even when you’re not on any sort of mission. No one is safe from your technical privacy invasion and the entire city, and its infrastructure, is yours to control.
As you can see from the narrated demo, no matter what your situation may be, your handy, portable hacking device can be used to get you out of Dodge, including controlling traffic bollards, stopping subway trains and killing city surveillance cameras to cover your tracks.
Visually pretty damn impressive, with a distinct GTA feel, Watch Dogs could well be a serious game of the year contender if the gameplay is as good and fluid as it looks. It’s due to be released this autumn/fall on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Wii U and PC, and has also been announced for the PlayStation 4.
