Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance bosses trailer
Konami’s Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance has a boss-filled trailer, and here it is…
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is almost upon us, and although it may face tough competition from Capcom’s DmC: Devil May Cry, each trailer released ups the anticipation factor, and the Konami title may well hold its own.
This latest trailer focuses on some of the typically wacky Metal Gear-style bosses, including the multi-armed Mistral (just what is she doing with that lower hand?!), the segmented Monsoon, and Sunndowner who, flanked by Apache attack choppers, uses metal shields to protect himself from harm.
After the credits, the trailer also reveals Samuel, who appears to be similar to Raiden, in that he’s cybernetic and sports a katana, as the two face off in a very wild west-themed bout.
Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is looking pretty good, and coming from Platinum Games, the developer of Vanquish and Beyonetta, it’s a title that holds plenty of promise. It’s not long until we’ll be able to find out for sure and sample the game’s demo in Europe, as it’ll arrive on Xbox Live and PSN on January 22.
The game proper will be released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on February 19 in the US, and on February 22 in Europe.
