Skyrim: Dragonborn DLC announced

Trailer Aaron Birch 5 Nov 2012 - 17:55

The next DLC addition for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is coming, and it’s Dragonborn…

It’s been rumoured to be coming, but Bethesda has now confirmed its existence. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim’s latest DLC pack will be titled Dragonborn, and will be arriving on Xbox 360 in December.

The DLC will revisit the isle of Solstheim, the snow-covered, Nord-dominated island off the coast of Vvardenfell, found in the Dark Elf province of Morrowind. Here players will learn of, and very probably have to beat up, the first, and very corrupt, Dragonborn, and as well as taking in some familiar Morrowind architecture, will find new enemies, weapons, items and here’s the bullet point to get fans going, be able to actually ride dragons. Groovy.

The DLC will be released on December 4 and will cost 1600 MS Points. As the addon will take in the isle of Solstheim, here’s hoping it’ll be of Shivering Isles scale. For now, have a look at the trailer below.
