Deadpool game announced

Trailer Aaron Birch 16 Jul 2012 - 19:36

Deadpool, the off-the-wall Marvel anti-hero has a game coming, and here’s the reveal trailer from Comic-Con…

As one of the least traditional of Marvel’s extensive list of characters, Deadpool is a firm fan-favourite, and his fourth-wall breaking tendencies, explosive ego and total lack of traditional hero values make him a truly unique prospect for a new Marvel game.

High Moon studios, of Transformers: War for Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron fame are working once again with Activision to deliver the Deadpool game, and from the look of the trailer, it’s going to play to Deadpool’s strengths.

The ‘Merc with a mouth’ will be voiced by Uncharted’s Nolan North, and the game will surely be an adult-rated affair. There are no real firm details as of yet about the game, other than a vague release date of next year, on various formats. We’ll bring you more news as we get it, but for now, have a look at the trailer below.

SUCK IT WOLVERINE!?!?!?! LMFAO!

If this gets strong sales maybe it'll convince the studio execs to green light the Deadpool movie we've been waiting for...

Please let Bob, Agent of Hydra be in it.

Wow, I was excited until I saw the trailer. Would probably be better to do a darker, Deadpool game, until I see some significantly good gameplay, not interested.

If you check on Amazon for preorders, it says the item will be released December 31, 2013. I don't know if this is true or not, but that's what it has currently on Amazon.

LOL!
